This pendant has a colorful mosaic of turquoise on a clam shell. A stylish dragonfly-shaped inlay appears, filled in with apple coral and bordered by sterling silver. A sterling silver loop is anchored to the top, ready to be hung on your favorite necklace. This style of shell jewelry is one of the oldest styles in the Southwest, made for centuries, often for ceremonial use. The mosaics are cut into squares with several silver designs inset. The bale is a nice size that will work well with silver chains or leather cords. We have included a 16” sterling silver chain.
