We are so pleased to have just met with Pahponee to acquire some more beautiful miniatures. Her pieces are so beautiful and unique. They are hand coiled, made from red clay, then hand burnished, hand incised, hand textured and fired out of doors in a bonfire using only buffalo dung as the combustible. All of these show natural smoke patterns without any paint.

This open bowl is marvelous. There is such a variation in tones of white, cream, and browns from the firing. The shape is also terrific. Very rounded with a highly polished slanted lip. We are so happy with Pahponee’s minis, as they are scaled down to such attractive shapes and sizes.
