Working with Glendora is so gratifying. She is always willing to try new shapes and designs after our conversations about form and painting. I am particularly attracted to her miniatures. She is one of our potters who really knows how to keep a beautiful form and designed theme and pare it down in size to be in the miniature category. This is a dragonfly and floral incised and painted seed pot. Using all natural clay, pigments, slips and paints, the polychrome (black, red, tan, and cream) colors are precisely painted on the buff pot. Added geometric forms add to the overall painted imagery.
