Elizabeth and Marcellus create some of the most traditional work there is. Every step of the way, they honor their roots, and follow in that tradition. We have not had a painted ram before, so this is our first. You can see a classic ram on one side. Birds on another side, and a wonderful Deer image on the third side. Marcellus explained to me that when he paints the deer and the ram, it is to honor those animals. They provided meat for nourishment, and their skin for buckskin, and other leather clothing. So, this piece is really an homage to those special animals. Marcellus’ painting is always soft and pleasing.
