NEW! A new shape for Dominique. We have been talking about forms and shapes, and I asked for a “cylinder” and here it is. It is stunning. Hand coiled, fired outdoors, using natural pigments and slips – it really worked. The four curved ribs flow all the way from the very top of the jar, diagonally down to the very bottom. The mica ribs gleam and sparkle, especially set against the deep red polished areas. The rim is exceptionally smooth. It is exciting to see potters’ experiment and try to expand their creativity. I am thrilled with this new piece.

4 ¾” high by 3 ¾” wide
