5 ½” high by 7 ¼” wide

This is a magnificent bowl by Linda. The depth and cleanliness of her carvings make her pieces so special. When she places the carved symbols into an area with micaceous slip, the carvings are definitely enhanced. Such precision is stunning. Here she has carved her trademark hummingbirds, corn stalk and other Pueblo symbols. It looks like the hummingbird is taking flight from a flower. They are polished to such a high sheen. The form itself is so round, the carved areas fit so well on this shape.
