Johnathan calls this his “garden scene” It is hand coiled, traditionally polished and fired outdoors. He says, “This pot is an ode to all the beautiful gardens and gardeners out there. I was sitting in a very nice garden at the start of July and was surround by butterflies, dragonflies and flowers. Inspiration arrived and thought it nice to design a piece with the same look and feel.” With the butterflies and dragonfly in flight, there is quite a bit of movement felt in this design. It’s a lovely jar with an asymmetric opening.
